The Cottages were completely refurbished with New Carpets,Sofas,Beds ,Curtains and Bedding in 2010.

All Cottages are fully equipped with Washer/Driers,Dishwashers,Fridges and Oven and Grill with Ceramic Hob.
Bathrooms with Bath ( some whirlpool)and Shower and underfloor heating,heated towel rail.
Cots and high chairs,bedguards and Z-beds are available free of charge on request as well as a range of child/ baby equipment
Barbecues are available
Some cottages ( Swan, Heron,Barn Owl ,Swallow and Magpie cottages)
have private gated gardens with patio area and/or decking.
Mallard,Swallow and Heron have private Hot Tubs,
Some Cottages ( Swan, Heron,Barn Owl ,Swallow and Magpie cottages)
now have new "Allergy Plus" heat exchange ventilation units, which give a constant supply of dry warm air ( pollen filtered ) providing low energy heating.
Cycle racks for upto 20 cycles are now installed for residents use.
